Is it possible to assign multiple public ip addresses on same asa for anyconnect clients with different tunnel-groups and group-policy. each public ip address to be mapped with seperate tunnel-group and group ?

Unfortunately not, you can only terminate anyconnect clients on the interface IP of the ASA, not virtual IP.
