Can't login to cisco FPR4110 FXOS

Hi Everyone

We have a pair of FPR4110 in our DC. I cant' login to the FXOS with any user and passwod. The GUI prompt me user and password. I even try SSH but another error rises.

I try reloading chassis, upgrading chassis to suggested version  problem solved for a time.But after a month it happened again.

I appreciate any help

Via CLI, are you trying to log directly into the FXOS?  If you are try logging in to the FTD CLI and then jump to FXOS (connect fxos).  From here you should be able to reset the password for the local user.

connect fxos
scope security
show local-user
set password

well, as you are unable to access it directly due to incorrect username and/or password you need to reset it which are the steps I provided you above.

The credentials are correct. It's an internal problem. IT's solved by rebooting

But after sometime the problem came back

A similar problem was reported by another user recently. It appears to be a bug - recommend you open a TAC case for verification.
