Can't ping inside IP of ASA over VPN

Hi,

I'm am trying to ping the inside IP address of an ASA that is over a VPN, but can't.  I can ping all PC's on that next, and I have added icmp any any rules on the inside and outside interfaces.  Even packet tracer from each side of the tunnel say it should work.  Does the ASA block this traffic as a deault or something?

Do you have "management-access inside" ?
