Hi community,
I try to update the BIOS on the FMC 2500 with the BIOS Upgrade File for Version 6.3. I have installed version 6.3.0.3 on the appliance. The bios version is C220M4.2.0.13d.0.0812161113. It is the passive peer of an HA Cluster.
I get this error everytime:
BIOS Update Utility v6.3 Build 4.1.(0)

Error : BLOCK_TRANSFER Protocol is locked by someone..Retry after some time
Unable to upgrade Bios.
Update Failed
Error : BMC BT Protocol does not exists
Usage: biosup [-h] [-ni] [-rd] [-i] [-u {path of update file}]
Command line switches defined below:
-h : Displays help message
-i [filename] : Displays current BIOS information. If [filename] is provided, displays information the BIOS package file
-r : This option restores the factory default settings for BIOS.
-n : non-interactive. Used in conjunction with -u.
-p : Power up the host after update completes. Used in conjunction with -u. By default the host will not power up after update.
-u <filename> : Updates the BIOS.
-A : Activate BIOS.
-S : Activate BIOS in next host reboot (Only in M5 Servers)
-I : Ignores the platform id of the host
Hopfully someone can help me. Thanks in advanced!

The normal proceedure doesn't work for FMC Appliance. I got a Secure Boot Policy error if I try to start from ucs-c220m4-huu-4.0.2l.iso. Is there a download link for the bios file ucs-c220-m4-bios.C220M4.4.0.2d.0.0627191019.bin? Because I could update the bios via CIMC with the right *.cap file.
thanks
Felix
