how much it can help to see, the content of bank page ? can it see password of bank account?

No, you can't see the content of bank pages. As stated in the document you referenced, the TLS-Proxy is not meant for general websurfing with HTTPS. To inspect HTTPS traffic you need other equipment like ASA-CX, FirePOWER SSL Appliance or the WSA.
