Cant log into PIX 515E

I have a PIX515e in which I can access through the console, I can ping from the inside (1) but I can not telnet or access PDM from the inside. Any suggestions? I have even reloaded flash from default.

have entered this commands?

telnet yourPC_ip 255.255.255.255 INSIDE

telnet 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 INSIDE <---any ip inside

That worked. Hmmmmm. I thought the getting started manual stated that the PIX will assign an IP using DHCP and that you could access everything from the inside by default?
