Hi,
Sometimes our carriers are unreachable on vicidial. we have a static Nat for these carriers on our ASA firewall. This issue is happening intermittently and temporary resolution is reboot the ASA. I didn't try to clear the connections for nat which might also work but not sure. but still both are temporary resolutions. I am looking for permanent resolution for this problem. I have attached a screenshot of vici logs when carriers are unreachable. Please help.

Are you inspecting those SIP connections ?
It is better offer logs from the Firewall. You can try debug sip for example.

The issue is intermittent so difficult to collect logs. Although i put a circular buffer and try to get the logs when the issue happen next time
