how can we change the management IP in FTD by FDM (locally managed)?

@Sudqi to change IP address of the management interface you use the configure network command from the CLI https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/firepower/720/fdm/fptd-fdm-config-guide-720/fptd-fdm-get-started.html#concept_7DA124053BC84D67AB6C402A04635C9C

If you are managing the FDM using a data interface then you have to change that via the GUI.

configure network ipv4 manual <IP> <mask> <Gateway>
