change to comcast ISP now outbound and inbound using static assinged route does not work

I have n ASA 5505 , asa version7.2(4).

I change my isp to comcast and the only changes that were made to the configuration was the new external public ip address from the old isp external ip address.

My problem is with a inside device static assigned to outside ip address all traffic is blocked in and out.

The nat was made with an public ip of the ex-ISP, right ? was it the asa external interface IP , or another IP assign by the isp?

Did you change the default route on the ASA to point to the new IP address of the router?

Are you able to ping the router on the outside from the ASA? If yes.

Are you able to ping 4.2.2.2 from the ASA?
