Once you change the port then ASA will be accessible on the new port.

You just have to mention allowed subnets on the interface where you want to allow asdm access.

Once i change the port to 12345 then i open up ASA via

https://10.0.0.1:12345  ----inside interface

it asks for auth i put my username and password .

it download ASDM launcher.

Then i click on icon on desktop put again username and pw after that i get error

unable to launch device manager from 10.0.0.1?

log shows

Dec 14 2014 07:50:07: %ASA-3-710003: TCP access denied by ACL from 10.0.0.13/49375 to inside:10.0.0.1/443

sh asp table socket shows

SSL       0d2e2d68  LISTEN     10.0.0.1:12345                               0.0.0.0:*

ASA1# sh run http
http server enable 12345
http 10.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 inside
