Hi
I wonder if anyone can help me? Our server team have recently installed Cisco ACS server (version 5.6) on a Virtual Machine. I can log into the Web GUI account OK using the ACSAdmin account. The server team advised me that they set the same password for the admin CLI account as they did for the GUI ACSAdmin account, however I get "access denied" when I try to SSH to the server (with the username admin).
I have looked at various posts and documentation but it appears to me as though the SSH CLI account can't be managed via the Web GUI ?
Does anyone know a way of hacking into the SSH account, or do I just have to ask for the server to be rebuilt? I can see some password recovery advice but this seems to apply to a physical server not a VM.
Many thanks
