Cisco ASA 5505 Security Plus license upgrade

We want to upgrade one of our Cisco 5505 with Security Plus license. Can someone please tell me what is the difference between

L-ASA5505-SEC-PL and ASA5505-SEC-PL upgrade licenses?

Hello Zakir,

ASA5505-SEC-PL= is the part number they would use when ordering the security

plus license after they already have the ASA

L-ASA5505-SEC-PL= is also a part number to order the security plus license

after they already have the ASA only this one would be e-delivered (email)

Features are same.
