Cisco ASA 5520 and TMG 2010

Hi,

we are planning to replace Cisco ASA5520 which is a 2nd tier firewall with TMG 2010. Is it advisable to do so ? We have ironport Mail security Appliance on outside interface of tier 2 firewall.The 1st tier firewall inside interface and 2nd tier firewall outside interface are in same network segment.

We also like to compare advantages/disadvantages and features of TMG 2010 and cisco 5520

Kindly provide us with ur valuable comments

Manish,

I would suggest to setup an appointment with a Cisco SE, they are the ones that can place/recommend a device and have for sure more comperative data.

You can also dig in reviews/magic quadrants etc. There will be however always a bias towards one or the other option IMHO.
