Hi team

We observed one of our sites was isolated as firewall went to hung state and switching over to secondary firewall also didn’t happen.  We switched off the secondary firewall and after restarting the primary firewall traffic got normalized.

Please Help me to resolve this Issue.

My first thought would be: SYSLOG. Did you have it configured prior to the crash?
Next to that I would check flash files maybe you will find a crashlog file.

Last but not least what does monitoring has to say about this? CPU, mem, no of FW connections, do you have'em all historically graphed?
