Cisco ASA 5520 with Any Connect

Hello Cisco Community,

I am planning a ASA 5520 (ASA 5520 BUN) for 300-400 users, which want to dial in from home office via Softphone (CUPC 8.x) over a VPN connection to the CUCM 8.x system. So, I have calculated the ASA, but I am unsure what kind of VPN Client ( I think it's Any Connect) they have to use and if these clients are free or have to be licensed?

You can either use IPSec VPN Client, or AnyConnect SSL VPN Client.

IPSec VPN Client comes free (no license is required), however, you would need to manually install the client on each PC.

SSL VPN Client needs license, however, you can push the installation of the AnyConnect SSL VPN via the ASA (no manual installation is required).
