Dear team
We have a netscreen Managed by a different vendor that runs a tunnel to the vendor's on demand site. Our users connect through the VPN through our Cisco ASA.
Recently there was a short outage that our users had experienced to the specific website hosted there . No issues related to internet connectivity.
Cisco ASA interface is as follows
Gig 0/0 Internet
Gig 0/2 Private DMZ
Gi0/3.x Public DMZ - connecting to netscreen
...
Gi1/1 LAN
We have routed the vendor traffic through static routes pointing to Netscreen.
I am finding a way to look into logs from our Cisco ASA.
1. What is the default admin context password? I donot have it.. Is it required to have this access to look into syslog history .Our syslog messages are managed by a different provider.
2. Can there be any other possibilty that I am missing in order to getting to the bottom of finding the root cause of this outage?
thanks
