Is it a virtual FMC?
What version is your FMC and how much memory do you have assigned to the VM?
Do you have any external Threat Intelligence feed enabled?

1. Yes it is a virtual FMC
2. 8GB of Ram as default recommended by Cisco.
Model: Cisco Firepower Management Center for VMWare
3. No external Threat Intelligence enabled.
I can see that vm is consuming almost 8GB of ram but cant figure it out why that much.
Nothing special going through that Firewall, regular traffic with few VPNs.
Most RAM consuming processes is mysql and dbsrv16.

You might try patching to the current 6.2.3.13. There are several memory leak bugs and issues fixed in the patches that came after your 6.2.3.6 release.

I have increased VM's RAM memory to 12GB.
It is working fine now. In future when i have more time i'll upgrade it and check if it solve memory usage error.
Thanks for advice.
