Hi All,
We are having issues to place video calls, using an external h323 Gateway.
The call is dropped every minute and no video is displaying, only audio is working.
This is a new implementation to use a Video Application to make video conference...
Currently we are using the version 8.2(5)41... And when the traffic bypass the ASA, The video conferecing works as expected.

Hi,
Is you ASA is performing NAT as well for your traffic?
Also check if in that video conference application if NAT checkbox option is tick or not. If ASA is performing NAT then try untick that checkbox and test.

Hello Akshay,
Thanks for you reply, currently we did not perfoming any static nat to the External h323 Gateway... We have a internal ip's address natting to outside interface.
I did a packet tracert and there is no drop.

Hi,
So you are performing a dynamic nat on ASA. Did you check the Vidoe Conference Application's Network setting to see if that is also performing nat. If yes, then untick the same. If ASA is not performing any NAT then try disabling h323 inspectio on ASA with ' no fixup protocol h323 h225 1720' and ' no fixup protocol h323 ras 1718-1719'. and see if it works.
To enable it back, remove the 'no' keyword from the the statements.
Hope it helps.

Hello,
I have removed the the h323 and h225 inspection, but there is no fixup command.
There is no nat for the video conferencing h323 gateway.
After disable the h323 inspection, the calls was dropped every 2 minutes... Before disabled it, the call was dropped at every minute...
Already raise a tac to investigate it further, any other idea?

Hi,
Need to check captures now to understand what is happening. I think you have reached to right resources to analyze them.
