Hello All, 

we are using Cisco ASA in Routing mode, We wants to do traffic filter using Server MAC address by using Public IP address. 

Is there any method to achieve it. ?

can you more elaborate? route mode and filter MAC address of Server why you not use filter Public IP?

i do not believe ASA does that for you, you can do with IP , not by MAC.

ASA access-list capability begins at layer 3 and up (protocol, IP address, port etc.). MAC address is layer 2 and not an available option on which to filter. In any event why would you want to?
