Cisco ASDM 7.5(2) Issue

Hello,

I have cisco asa 5506-x. When i try to connect using asdm launcher it hangs after the authentication.

It does not go any further keeps on loading at this stage. (see attached screen shot)

what could be the reason?

Hi Ali,

It can be a JAVA issue on the PC.

Check this link for JAVA compatibility for JAVA with the ASDM:

Also try to clear the JAVA cache on the PC and add ASDM IP in the exception list and test.

You can try reducing the security level in the JAVA settings as well.
