Hi everyone
We recently purchased 4 x refurbished C-20 codecs for our distance learning program with our satellite campus. Our original C-20 performance were beginnning to slow down.
We have been using our Cisco Telepresence appliances for almost 10 years across integrated classroom systems.
Each of our classroom AV systems have one of four C-20 HDMI (camera) input to connect the dedicated room computer at 720p resolutions both to transmit / receive as host or participant.
Unfortunately we inadvertently did not get the HD license key 720p included with our 4 x refurbished C-20 codecs. The natural presenter pack was included but again we don't use the DVI input for computer sharing, our room computers are wired to the HDMI camera input to help handle the frame rate. Also our broadcast quality is a necessity using the HD license key at 720p. We don't have the premium resolution key to ingest 1080p.
First is there any possible way I can transfer our existing C-20 codec HD option key for use with the newer refurbished machines?
Or is it possible to purchase this key through a 3rd party supplier if any one knows of. I realize the C-20 is end of life.
Thanks
Chris
