Cisco Firepower access List for Microsoft Azure fabric SQL servers

Hi

we are trying to create a access list to allow a Subnet of Users access to a fabric SQL instance in a customers Cloud network provided by Microsoft azure. because its not a static Instance ideally id like to do this as a URL to port 1433 is this possible on FMC 7.2.7 and 4115 firewalls 
example url =datawarehouse.fabric.microsoft.com
