Cisco FirePower User Agent for AD problem

Hello,

I'm trying to deploy Identity Sources with my FirePower Management Center virtual version 6.1.0.1.

I configured the user agent IP in the FMCv.

I installed the user agent version 2.3-10.

The user agent is installed on the AD-DC and the connection to the AD server is ok (green).

When I'm trying to add Firepower Management Cetner I'm receiving 'unable to connect to firepower management center'.

I tried telnet to the FMCv to port 3306 and the telnet session establised succesfuly.

I tried tcpdump on the FMCv and I can see the packets coming and going.

Why I can not add FMC server to the User Agent?

The AD-DC is a windows server 2008 R2 SP1.

Firewall is disabled.

Solved. In the server name/ip i insert the FQDN name and it is working.

Hello how do I set FQDN of FMC? Thanks
