Cisco FPR 2130 network module is grayed cannot manage in version 7.2

Hi All, 

We are facing an issue with the FPR 2130 network module 1G and 10G with version 7.2 onwards in FPR 2130

We can see the network interfaces of FPR 2130 in built and Network module with version 7.0.4 but with version 7.2 onwards we can see only the inbuild interface with the firepower not the network module , the network module interfaces shows grayed colour cannot be editable. attached picture for your ref.

Do you have the ability to reboot the FTD device?

Another thing to try is to power off the FTD device, re-seat the network module, then power on the device again.

If it is still not showing, I would suggest to open a TAC case as there might have been some type of corruption during the upgrade.

Yes i Powered up the device, also re-seat the model.. same result.. i have opened the case let us see.
