Cisco FPR internet connection is not established

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my FPR, since no internet connection is established, kindly find attached photo which shows an overview of the FPR status,

Model: Cisco Firepower 1010 Threat Defense

Version: 6.4.0-102

Topology: Mikrotik port 2 connected the cisco FPR port 1, and then a cable from FPR port 3 connected to the switch port 23, ...

I have VPN access through the FPR, I also have ping to the Mikrotik, ping to 8.8.8.8, ping from/to the core switch, I already did all the routing and NATing needed (Note that the network was operating normally for 7 months till today, so I'm sure that the problem is not with the configuration)

I don't have ping to the internet from the switch!

I contacted the ISP, they are telling me that everything is fine from their side, so any suggestions ?

Best Regards,

B Osman

At the end it was an ISP problem, I changed the public IP temporarily and the issue was resolved,

Thanks everyone
