Greetings
Have a general question. Do the Cisco FTD 2110 devices support configuration for password complexity settings such as minimum/maximu lenth, upper/lower case letters, special characters or lifetime of the password? Can this be done through FMC?
Is there any other alternative solution in case these settings are not supported?
Thank you

@dimitrios.katsaros yes you can configure password length, stength/complexity, expiry etc via the FMC
You can also configure external authentication, in which case the password policies that applies to the external ID source, i.e., AD will apply.

Are you referring to the FMC user account password? or the FTD CLI password? From the FMC you can set the password complexity option from the section you get after you click on "Create User". However, from the FTD CLI you can set those options from the FTD CLISH mode ">" with the command "configure user" and then hit the ? for the supported options, they are pretty much the same as you see on the FMC.
