Cisco FTDv 6.4 having high bandwidth utilization

i am seeing high bandwidth utilization on Cisco FTDv 6.4, its a 200mbps link which is getting fully utilized in the device performance. 

please provide set of commands and how to identify the issue and resolve it.

@Singh007 login to the GUI and look in the monitoring section to determine the applications, top destinations and users (if configured). Also it might be useful to setup netflow.
