Hi,

I am getting the error message below while accessing IDM.

Error connectig to sensor. Failed to load sensor - errSystemError-ct-sensorApp.444 not responding. please check system processes- the connect to the specified lo::clientpipe failed.

Please help me to solve this issue.

Ahmad,

It looks like the sensorApp crashed on that device.

Please generate a show tech and open a TAC SR for this.
