Cisco ISE 3.3 - No attributes for VM endpoints

I am trying to find the best way to purge old endpoints. These endpoints are VMs that get recreated everyday but need to be purged out of ISE. Ive noticed they have been stacking up (Same IPs/Hostnames) within ISE. I have purge policies created to delete these endpoints if the inactive day is greater than 0. Pretty much deleting them at midnight everyday. But as seen from the pictures below, there is no longer any attribute information for these. The profiling and probes are set up correct and get attribute information correctly when they first connect to the network. The problem is getting them deleted out of ISE. I havent found a good way to do it and im hoping there is someone out there whose seen something similar and can help. The only other idea i have is to do a mass delete of all the VMs. Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.

Here is a snip of my purge policy as well. Ive been trying to play with different options (Using Logical group, changing the "GREATERTHAN" option, etc) Since there is not attribute info for these endpoints, im assuming these cant be found but im hoping someone has seen this before and found a solution other than a mass delete (Select all VM endpoints and delete from context visibility)
