Cisco ISE Dashboard Active Endpoints not sync with Cisco WLC current clients..

Hi,

we have Cisco WLC 8510 and ISE appliance as RADIUS server, everything working fine but i found there is huge difference between WLC current client and ISE Dashboard Active Endpoints, its not properly sync.

any help would be appreciated

Hi Moin,

I am seeing the same issue (ISE 1.4 patch3), the figure ISE is reporting as 'active sessions' is roughly twice the number of associated devices according to the WLC.

ISE is also producing warning messages releating to the WLC sending RADIUS accounting messages too frequently. I am not sure if ISE is dropping these, if it is, then perhaps some of the accounting STOP messages are not making it through, so the sessions remain as 'active'?

I've raised this with our supplier so should hopefully have a response soon.

i have solved this problem updating ISE 1.4 with Patch 5.
