Hi,
First thing to do is read all the literature on NAC - start with http://www.cisco.com/go/nac/
Once you've read the literature and have got a feel for what NAC is and what it can do for you you need to evaluate it in the context of a specific security policy. For some companies it will make sense and for others it won't be appropriate - but you can't evaluate it in isolation.

NAC is a tool to help organizations to enforce a company Network Admission policy. Without a policy, what do you enforce??? So, the question you have to ask yourself is:
What is our policy for network access and endpoint security (eg. patching, AV, etc) and how can NAC technologies help me to enforce this? Once you answered that question, you can write your report if your organization should use NAC or not.
Good luck.
