Cisco PIX Upgrade from version 9.x

Hi Team,

We are using a configuration manager software to automate the upgrade of Cisco PIX which involves copying the image from tftp server.

We can see the file copied successfully, however in earlier versions of PIX we were getting a message of "Image installed" after the transfer.

The software depends on the above message for the upgrade success.

HOwever we see that in 9.1.x version of PIX we dont see  "Image installed" message after the transfer.

Can someone help me if the behaviour has changed recently and for any specific reason.

Regards,

Utkarsh

I've used TFTPd32 as tftp server and when the image has been transferred, i have only seen the output like this

example

Accessing tftp://172.16.254.207/asa911-k8.bin.. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Writing file disk0:asa911-k8.bin

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

8312832 bytes copied in 70.230 secs (118754 bytes/sec)

I've never seen Image installed anytime.
