Cisco Pix Version 4.4

We just got a new PIX 515 UR. We have had some dificulty getting it programed and also noticed the software version appears to be ver 4.4. Where and how can I get this upgraded. Also, I had heard that cisco can help the process by sending you a config based on your needs. Is this true?

If u have Cisco Online account, which i believe u should have caz u bought these products, u can download from the cisco website.

With Pix u have to download all the major releases and upgrade in steps.
