Cisco SSC Management Utility

Can someone point me in the direction where I may be able to find the SSC Management utility. I'm having a tough time finding it and am only able to find the client.

I was able to download the CSSC Management Utility from the following path (assuming that you are logged on cisco's website and you have the appropriate account):

Downloads Home > Products > Wireless > Client Adapters and Client Software > Cisco Secure Services Client > Secure Services Client Software > Windows XP-5.1.0

The file name that I used was: SSCMgmtUtil_5.1.0.3.zip
