Will Cisco TAC supply support as far as knowledge transfer pertaining to use of teir products? For example there is a lot to FMC and for me to get an understanding of the Policies menu and everything under that menu would take a long time before I would be comfortable managing and working within. Would TAC be able to do a knowledge transfer so to speak? Are they usually willing to do this?
