Jason,
The current CTR shipping software can be found at
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/ctr. Here's a link with most of the CTR information.

CTR was the fruits of an acquisition called Psionic.

Does CTR have to go on Windows 2000? I attempted to install the CD that came with the 4210 on XP, but once installed, I get 'Can't connect' Java errors.

I have tried CTR on XP SP1 and SP2 with no luck. Installing on 2000 went by without incident. I'm guessing CTR only runs with 2000.
