Cisco Type 6 Encryption with Master Keys

I have been reading this PDF about Type 6 encryption on IOS devices:

But if I configure my devices to AES encrypt all password/keys using a Master Key wouldn't this mean I have to type in the Master Key every time the devices reboots?
