Is there a work around for ciscovpn client in order to work in windows 10?

People have had varying degrees of success with different registry hacks.
The bottom line is it's not supported by Cisco and you're much better off migrating to an SSL VPN and using the AnyConnect client.

As marvin has mentioned this is not supported by Cisco, and if you do perform hacks to get this working you will not be able to contact Cisco for help with this until you have done a rollback of the hacks you perform. Also it should go without saying that you do so at your own risk. That being said, I was involved in a discussion a little while back where one of the other users did come up with a way to get this working.
