Hello
When can i find command reference for IPS appliance ?
i've found this link:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/ips/7.0/command/reference/cmdref.html
but these are only system commands. I need all commans including signature/engine configuration.
For example: "specify-src-addr-filter"
Where can i find it ? (IOS IPS have much fever commands than IPS7)
Thanx

You're on the right track, a lot of the IPS sensor's configuration commands are under the "service" command.

Yes, but those commands are not documented. Its not just few commands but about 100 or more. Why ?
Example:
specify-src-addr-filter
user-profiles
never-block-hosts
never-block-networks
communication
trap-destinations
enable-set-get
ip-reassembly-mode
tcp-reassembly-mode
It's just few examples. Do you know where can i find command reference with the above commands ?
Thanx

Sorry for the regurgitated reference, I think this is more of what you were looking for:

I know configuration guide, it's quite good, but it's not command reference. And because of this it's not complete.
I used wget&&grep and did not find this commands:
ip-reassembly-mode
specify-src-addr-filter
Did you ?
I could find MANY more commands which are not in configuration guide (and command reference too).
Why cisco could not make a decent command reference for IPS ?
Thanx
