Hi,
I want to save record of all the command we enter on CLI mode of router.
show history is not keeping the record as i logout the router it vanishes.

You are correct.
show history will only give you commands in the same telnet/ssh session, as soon as you log out, it will clear the history.
To have a record, maybe you should send the relevant syslog to a syslog server.
