Computer or User certificate for EAP-TLS

Greetings,

When working with EAP-TLS the server (RADIUS) and the client (supplicant) need certificates.

On the client side, it is the computer certificate or the user certificate ?

Potentially both. If you are doing computer authentication you'd need a computer certificate and if you are doing user authentication then each user would need a user certificate.

The windows client can be configured to do just computer authentication or just user authentication or computer and user authentication.
