I want to configure 192.168.2.5 ip address with port 1422 to allow database access on ASA5515 cisco firewall how i can configure

If you are looking to allow traffic from internet to a database server, you would need to configure NAT and an access list entry that allows the traffic.  Here is a document you can refer to for doing this.
