Hope you are doing well.
I have a problem with my Meraki System Manager. We have Azure Active Directory in my Network and we need to use Meraki System Manager (Profile and Agent) on Mac and Windows.
The problem is, when I want to add Meraki profile on windows computers, shows me the the error in the attached photo.
I know this because of joined my computer to Azure Active Directory and when I disjoin the computer I can add Meraki profile into my windows.
We need to have Active Directory service and Meraki MDM but I think there is confliction. It is really appreciated if you help me if there is any solution for this. We don't have any Intune or other MDM in our network only Azure AD and office 365.
