Connecting PC To PIX RE: PDM

Hi All:

I'm not sure what I'm missing, but I think my setup to install PDM is good:

I have a TFTP server running, with the .bin file in the TFTP root.

The PC's got 10.1.1.1 as its default gateway and has been restarted.

The PIX (for now) has an inside interface of 10.1.1.1.

The link lights on both the PIX eth1 and PC are lit.

The inside interface line & protocol are "up"

I keep getting a tftp: timed out attempting to connect, PDM file not installed error message.

Any pointers?

Hi,

what is the IP address and subnetmask of the pix' inside interface?

what is the IP address and subnetmask of the tftp server?

can you ping the pix form the tftp server and can you ping the tftp server from the pix?
