Anyone know of a tool to convert a VPN 3030 configuration to run on an ASA 5520? Always hopeful.

To my knowledge, such a thing doesn't exist. Unfortunately you'll probably have to crawl through the configuration of the concentrator and re-create manually in the ASA device. I'm facing the same issue at my location in that I want to get rid of an aging 3005 concentrator, etc.

I have not heard of a tool either and we had to do our "conversion" manually.

Hi,
As far as I know there is a conversion tool:
You have to register at vpn3k-to-asa-conversion@cisco.com and get access to http://asatools.cisco.com

Hello Chris
Please work with your (Channel) Account team to discuss migration tools and documents.
The vpn3k-to-asa-conversion@cisco.com is NOT intended for such requests.

The conversion is manual, however there is a migration guide to understand the 'logic shift', for example tunnel-groups are a relatively new concept, have a look at this:

Hello David,
Please contact your Cisco (channel partner) Account team to discuss the VPN3K to ASA VPN migration.
The account team will be able to advise you on the existing migration tools, incentives, and programs.
For a start:
