2) how to clear the below statistics

Hi,

It means that your AAA server is not responding. The firewall is not receving any reply from the AAA server.

Hi,

Please check the configuration on the ASA and the AAA server. Ensure that the AAA server has ASA defined as a AAA client and they both have the same key. If the AAA server is a ACS and the ASA i.e. AAA client is in an NDG, then the ASA should have the NDG key as the password.

If the config is fine, then debugs would be your best friend here.

Please run the following debugs and paste the output:

deb aaa authen

deb 255
