Hello all,
We currently have a pair of 5580 firewalls each connected separately to a pair of nexus 7k switches each. We would like to create a link from each of the firewall to both nexus switches for redundancy. This means firewall A will have a connection to Nexus A and Nexus B at thesame time.
Ethernet channel has been proposed but i found out the feature is not available on version 8.2. Can this connection still be achieved using ip sla or redundant interface method? Which is better and can someone share with me the redundant interface configuration

hello florin,
Thanks for the response.
Is the order of priority based on the first member interface listed under the redundant interface or is there a way to force a particular member interface to be active and the other passive?
