CSA agent

We are deploying the CSA agent to our field laptops, we have noticed it has a significant impact on the performance of thier applications, outlook, IE etc... is there a policy we can bind that would maybe help the performance of these machines?

A few questions-

1. What CSA version?

2. Are you in test mode or prevention mode?

3. Did you go through a lab deployment?

4. Is control panel showing high CPU for CSA?

5. Are there alarms being triggered?

6. Do your machines show Spyware that could be causing this slowness?

7. Are you running with ALL rules applied or have you tuned CSA?

8. Is the "Windowsa Client" rule set that is deployed on the laptops.

I've seen quite a few delpoyments but I haven't seen any significant slowing.
