about 2 months ago I upgraded our agent software from v5.0.0.176 to v5.0.0.210. Everything went smoothly and all of our agents automatically pulled down the upgrade.
Currently I am trying to go from v5.0.0.210 to v5.0.0.217. However, non of the agents are able to pull down the new upgrade.
The agents are currently in test mode so nothing should be blocking the download.
Any ideas on where I could find out what is causing this problem?
thanks.

Did you change an existing scheduled update to use the newer software update?
I tried that once and it didn't work as expected.
It worked when I created a new scheduled update.

Does the MC show them as:
"Active hosts running old software:"
or
"Active hosts with software update pending:"?

Under Status Summary it says:
"Active hosts running old software:"

That was the problem.
I was attempting to update an existing schedule to reflect the new software changes.
I deleted the old software update. Generated the rules.
And created a new software update and generated the rules and my hosts status is now set to software update pending.
Thanks Again.
