I am working off of Security Manager 4.8.0 Build 182 with Pro License and when I log in from the client I am not allowed to add a device. On the GUI if I click on "Device" to see the device view it doesn't progress to that screen. Same when I try to add a device from the drop down.
The only anomaly I observed is the JRM service is "Administrative Shutdown" when in the Manager.
All associated services are started on the Manager Server. I am running Windows Server 2008 on both machines.
Has any seen/found a remedy for not being able to add a device on these platforms?
